●IS型系列单级单吸清水离心 泵是按照国际ISO2858标准设计的,技术指标均达到和超过国家标准,具有效率高,结构合理,使用可靠、“三化”程度高的特点,是工厂、矿山、城市给排水及农田灌溉的理想产品。我公司在IS泵的基础上 ,增加冷却系统,生产出ISR热水泵;改变材质生产出用于化工、食品、医药等行业的ISF化工泵;改变结构生产出ISW污水泵和无堵塞泵;采用机械密封生产出ISJ机封泵。
●IS、ISR、ISF、ISW泵的吸入压力不得大于0.3MPa(即3kg/cm2)(若用户对吸入压力、温度、介质等有特殊要求可与本公司协商确定)

■ 结构说明
●IS型泵是根据国际标准ISO2808规定的性能、尺寸设计的,主要由泵体(1)、叶轮(2)、轴套(3)、及托架 (12) 、轴(13)、泵盖(14)等组成。
●IS型泵的泵体和泵盖部分是从叶轮背面处剖分的,即通常所说的后开门结构形式。其优点是检修方便,检修时不动泵体、吸入管路、排出管路,只需移动电机,即可退出转子部件进行检修。
●泵的壳体(即泵体和泵盖)组成泵的工作室。叶轮、轴和滚动轴承等为泵的转子。悬架轴承部件支承着泵的转子部分,滚动轴承承受泵的径向力和轴向力。
●为了平衡泵的轴向力,大多数泵在叶轮后盖板上设有平衡孔;由于有些泵的轴向力不大,叶轮背面未设平衡孔。
●泵采用机械密封,并可根据不同条件,采用不同结构和材料的密封。
●为避免轴磨损,在轴通过密封腔的部位装有轴套保护。轴套与轴之间有O型密封圈,以防沿着配合表面进气或漏水。
●泵的传动方式是通过爪型联轴器与电动机直联的。泵的旋转方向,从驱动端看,为顺时针方向旋转。
■ Explanation of Structure
●The IS series pump has been designed with performance and size of ISO 2858. Its main part include casing (1), Impeller (2), haft sleeve (3), Frame (12) , shaft (13),casing cover (14) ,etc. The IS series pump is divided into casing and casing cover at back of impeller, so you could dismantle it very easy.
●The pump's working house is made from casing and casing cover. Its rotator set is made from impeller, shaft and bearings. The rotator of the pump is propped by bearing bracket. The balance role has been designed in back cover of impeller to balance the axial force of the pump. But, when the pump's axial force is relatively small, we don't design balance role.
●The IS series pump’s shaft seal is mechanical seal. We may supply you with various material and structure mechanical seal to meet you all demands.
●The sleeve is designed round the shaft at packing house to protect the shaft. 'O' type seal ring is designed between the sleeve and the shaft to prevent leakage of air and water.
●The claw type coupling is designed between the pump and the electrical machine to drive the pump. Looking from the back of the electrical machine, the pump's rotation direction is clockwise.
